But my evening [and my dignity] was somewhat salvaged,
as it was laundry day.
I love when he empties his laundry bag on the sofa
to sort things out and put them away,
smelling good and still feeling warm from the dryer.
Actually,
what is a dryer?
I've never seen one...
But, please notice how great i hide my full figure
in this pile of clothes.
You can barely see me,
so petite!!!...

But I'm still mad at TICKLEBEAR for that first picture.
Don't think you'll get away with this indefinitely.
There will come a time for payback.

A little update about auntie Linoue seems overdue,

I knew she had two felines living with her,
Twiggy and Goliath.
But the situation has changed somewhat...

CHANGE IS IN THE AIR

Things are getting weird around here.
Too many changes are happening all at once.
Why wasn't I told about this?

TICKLEBEAR's old bed is now gone,
and he got a new one.
I don't mind so much,
as I prefer the new one:
it's closer to the ground.

Then he started hanging glittery colorful stuff around the appartment,
but I should be pleased about it,
as I got one of my own.
A nice touch!!

Thankfully,
some things remain a constant in my life:
TICKLEBEAR's toes!!

And cuddling in his arms.

For my first halloween,
TICKLEBEAR has left me at the gates of Hell,
in a Dame Edna outfit.
I'm sure to be a hit over there...
Someone must think he's got a sense of humor.

On the other hand,
I received this ecard from the SPCAI.
I think it is lovely,
and a good reminder of those pets
that are less fortunate.
Please support your local chapter of the SPCA,
and any other legitimate refuge for animals.
Not all of us have found a safe & loving home.

WHAT WAS I WORRIED ABOUT?

I guess TICKLEBEAR loves me after all,
as I no longer have to stare at my predecessor's portrait
and feel envious.
I now have my very own portrait,
done by Veronique Perron,
of TWISTED KITTIES.
Am I not the prettiest thing ever?!?

And this is Igraine's portrait,
TICKLEBEAR's first kitty.
I think Veronique did a great job,
in both cases.
